The 40-Year-Old Bride

"My 'something old' is ME."
-Cevita, my wonderful bride-to-be who marries tomorrow.



Of course she doesn't look a day over 36.

Because we missed out on doing an engagement session, I did a couple quick portraits in Bryant Park for Cevita and Tom.



And then we headed over to the lovely roof at Bourbon Street in Hell's Kitchen for their super-chill rehearsal/rehearsal dinner.





Cevita I know through her little sister Charlë (Charlie) who is one of my most beautiful former headshot clients ever...



You may recognize her from my website...



Charlë was respectfully asked to wear a bag over her head and to walk demurely in a potato sack so as to not thunder-steal from her big sister.



Unfortunately, this girl was born walking a runway.







And then....there's their OTHER sibling Sean.





Everyone else should just give up and begin stuffing their faces.

Which is basically what we did.

Wedding should be fun tomorrow! And then it's off to LA for Magic Mike!

Sorry I am soooo swamped I can't even think. Or blog.

But sometimes something fun happens which motivates me to update my blog again. Sorry for leaving y'all hanging.

I was walking outside my building to grab a sandwich just now and Colin Farrell was standing in the middle of the street not 10 feet away from me munching on a sandwich on a break from filming Dead Man Down with Noomi Rapace (the original Girl with the Dragon Tattoo).

I ran upstairs and grabbed my paparazzi cam, but by the time I returned they were back in their truck filming again.

North Carolina Wedding!

Just got back from Hunger Games country in North Carolina where I shot my friend Bowman's wedding.

I hopped on a 6am flight this morning to get back to NYC in time for Broadway Bares tonight. Yay!

The wedding was beautiful.



Bowman's bride looks a whole lot like Amy Adams.



We got ready in what might be the biggest hotel suite I've ever seen in my life.









And normally I am highly unimpressed by wedding flowers...but the arrangements at this wedding were gorrrrgeous.






And I had several friends present at the wedding, like Karl...



And our long lost buddy KevinFerrone!




Congratulations Bowman!
