Cancun EatAdventure

So I'm back from Cancun.

What. A. Week.

The best call Noops made (aside from renting the insane house) was renting a house complete with live-in chefs.

Vicki and Alicia were our wonderful little chefs for the week.

Having people there to make our meals for us really allowed everyone to sit down all together for family-style meals and really enjoy each other's company.

When Zameer and I walked in the house on day one, the first thing we were asked by Vicki was "Pina Colada?"

Not only were our chefs great at food, they were incredible bartenders.

And so began a week of EatAdventure.

Poolside, our drinks of choice were the Mojito or the Caiparinha...

Breakfasts included breakfast smoothies...

Huevos Rancheros...

Or Chilaquiles - Mexican Eggs with tortillas, soooo tasty.

For lunch we had burgers - beef or chicken...

Fresh fish...

Or plates of delicious ground meats to make soft tacos...

And for dinners. MMmmmm.... Dinners...

We had fajitas...

There was ALWAYS fresh guac...

Amazing tortilla soup...

Enchiladas...

Empanadas...

And little crunchy open-faced taco-like things...I forget what they were called.

It was an awesome week of non-stop eating.

Which is why I leave you now to go to the gym.

More on Cancun later!
